Many of our staff team are approved providers and directors of the ‘Mountain Training‘ schemes, including; The Rock Climbing Instructor Award and the Rock Skills Scheme. Perhaps there is no higher professional endorsement / benchmark than being a National Governing Body course provider.
We provide beginner, intermediate and advanced rock climbing skills, instruction for groups and progressive climbing courses in the Derbyshire Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Snowdonia National Park.

Many of our courses are designed to bridge the gap between indoor climbing and the less predictable environment climbers face outdoors.
General acceptance:
Given that some of our advanced Rock Climbing courses involve participants making independent decisions about their own personal safety, the total elimination of risk is not feasible despite all the precautions being taken.
In todays society this approach to risk may be seen as ‘counter cultural’ but is also one of the basic attractions to adventure sports. One of our prime aims therefore is to equip our clients and candidates with the skills to dynamically assess and manage risk to a degree that is comfortable and safe for them.
