View Courses BelowThe approach and structure of our caving courses has evolved over 3 decades. The staff we employ have gained a vast amount of personal experience both here in the UK and overseas on alpine style caving expeditions.
Cave Leaders and Instructors work in partnership with our National Governing Body the BCA (British Caving Association). The BCA trains, assesses and develops the skills of aspirant cave leaders & instructors and serves the interests of the recreational caving community in Britain.
The staff we employ have delivered a very broad range of experiences –ranging from beginner caving sessions and skills training for cavers to overseas expeditions. Our in-house technical expertise and our operational know-how is not easily surpassed.
All of the underground sites we use are monitored for safety by an outside organisation. The mines we explore are routinely inspected by qualified engineers for their structural integrity. The tours we make underground, whether in mines or caves, use routes approved by a local leadership panel or by a qualified mines engineer.
Pro-Venture enjoy privileged access arrangements to a variety of underground locations. Access to these restricted sites and our level of technical expertise mean that the caving experiences we offer can rarely be replicated.
